Responsibilities
•Maintain all hotel equipment, maintenance plans, safety policies, and brand standards
•Complete daily logs of operations, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
•Understand maintenance systems and continue to learn daily as well as be willing to receive all appropriate certifications and trainings as requested
•Work diligently on assigned tasks and take initiative to solve problems and create more efficient processes
•Direct, supervise, and support the maintenance team
•Create a welcoming environment for guests and solve guest concerns promptly
•Be on time and prepared for scheduled shifts; Be positive and enthusiastic about work while working well with other associates
•Be prepared to support the property after hours in the event of an emergency or temporary staff shortage
Qualifications
•2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
•You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
•Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
•This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
